We prepared survey questions about eating habits with project partners and took the survey.

Here there are the results of our survey about eating habits : 

Between 24 %  and 26 % of the 96 respondents are under 10 or 11. The most of them are 12 years old . More than a half spend at least 7 hours at school a day . The most of the others spend 6 hours. A little bit more than half of the schools involved in this project have a canteen and the same percentage say there is no food provided by schools. Fortunately , a sandwich is the most eaten snack , followed by fruits. Most of the respondents have breakfast between 7 and 8 am , which is very good. Lunch is taken between 1 and 2 pm by more than half of our pupils. They have dinner between 8 and 9 in a proportion of 44%  and 80 % say they have 2 fruit and vegetable snacks a day. Gladly, almost 80 % claim they have junk food occasionally.

HEALTHY EATING HEALTHY LIVING


Nothing is more precious than health. By this project our aim is to teach students the importance of health and help them to develop a healthy life style. We aim to raise students awareness of healthy food, pyhsical exercise, personal hygiene and healthy eating habits. We also aim to take action against obesity by showing harms of leading an unhealthy life style .
